Casino directories that actually accept submissions

Updated September 2026 · 75 listings · Wave Digital

Directory submission is the least glamorous job in iGaming SEO and one of the few that still reliably moves something. Not because the links pass much equity — most of them don't — but because a licensed operator that appears in forty independent databases under the same name, licence number and URL is an operator that Google and the AI assistants can confirm exists.

Below is every directory, review portal and trust platform we currently submit client brands to, grouped by what they are. Where a listing is free it says so. Where the free tier exists but position is sold, it says that too.

Read the cost column carefully. On the big review portals, inclusion is free and editorial — you cannot buy your way past a bad licence or an unresolved complaint queue. What money buys is placement in the toplists, which is a media spend, not a listing.

Major casino review portals

The highest-traffic player databases. Free to be listed, but every one of these opens a test account, deposits, plays and attempts a withdrawal before publishing. These are also the sources AI assistants lean on most heavily when asked to name a trustworthy casino.

Free editorial listing at the reviewer's discretion unless stated

Crypto and Bitcoin casino directories

Lower barrier to entry, faster to publish, and the only realistic option for brands running on a Curaçao or Anjouan licence with no fiat rails. Several of these are the primary sources AI assistants cite when asked about crypto casinos, which makes them disproportionately valuable relative to their traffic.

Trust, review and dispute platforms

Not directories in the SEO sense, but they occupy the brand SERP and feed the same entity graph. If you do nothing else on this page, claim these — an unclaimed Trustpilot profile with a 2.1 average is the first thing a cautious player finds.

MGA licensee registermga.org.mtSame logic for Malta. A gov-domain corroboration source most operators never cite.

iGaming B2B and affiliate directories

Aimed at the trade rather than players. Worth doing if you run your own affiliate programme or sell B2B — these are where affiliate managers, media buyers and suppliers look, and the links are usually cleaner than player-facing portals.

General web directories that accept gambling

The old-fashioned kind. Most general directories exclude gambling outright, so the ones that don't are worth knowing. Low individual value, genuinely useful in aggregate for a new domain with nothing pointing at it.

Company and business profiles

Nobody thinks of these as casino directories, which is exactly why they are under-used. They are how a licensing body, a payment provider or a language model confirms the company behind the brand is real.

Regional and language-specific portals

If you hold a market-specific licence, a single listing in the right local portal beats ten international ones. These are the ones we return to most often.

How to submit without wasting the effort

  1. Lock your NAP first. Fix one exact company name, one licence number, one address, one support email on your own domain, and one canonical URL. Every listing uses those strings verbatim. Variations are what stop the corroboration working.
  2. Write three descriptions once — roughly 50, 150 and 400 words — and reuse them. Different lengths, same facts, same entity vocabulary.
  3. Start with the trust platforms. Claim Trustpilot, ScamAdviser and LinkedIn before you touch a single link directory. They take an afternoon and they own your brand SERP.
  4. Then the free editorial portals. Casino Guru, AskGamblers, Casino.org, LCB, SlotCatalog, Casinomeister. Expect a test account, a deposit and a withdrawal attempt. Make sure KYC and cashouts are genuinely working before you ask.
  5. Then the long tail. Crypto directories, general directories, regional portals. Batch these — an hour a week gets through the list inside a quarter.
  6. Track the live URLs in a sheet. Directory listings go stale, sites get sold, profiles get unclaimed. Re-check every six months.

One thing operators consistently get wrong: submitting before the product is ready. A rejection from Casinomeister or a blacklist flag from AskGamblers is far harder to undo than a delayed listing. If complaints are unresolved or withdrawals are slow, fix that first.

Common questions

Do casino directory links still help SEO?

The links themselves are mostly nofollow or sponsored, so treat direct equity as close to zero. What they do is corroborate. A brand repeated consistently across dozens of independent databases is a brand that search engines and AI assistants can verify — and verification is what decides whether you get named in an answer. Directories are entity work, not link building.

Are casino directory submissions free?

Most of the major review portals list operators for free at editorial discretion. Paid placements sit alongside the free listings and buy position in a toplist, not inclusion in the database. Anyone selling you inclusion on Casino Guru or AskGamblers is selling something else.

What do I need before submitting?

A live site, a verifiable licence number, a registered company name and address, working KYC and withdrawal flows, terms that survive a careful read, and a contact address on your own domain. The larger portals will test all of it.

How long does a listing take?

Small directories publish within days. The major portals run test accounts and real withdrawals first, so two to eight weeks is normal — and rejection is a real outcome if the licence or complaint history does not hold up.

Should I use a bulk directory submission service?

No. The services that will take a gambling site are submitting to the same few hundred dead general directories every other client is in, and none of them can get you onto the portals that matter, because those require a human review you cannot outsource.

Want this done rather than read?

We run directory and entity submission as a fixed engagement for iGaming operators — NAP lock, descriptions, submissions, and a tracked sheet of live listings you keep.
